STAY AWAY FROM ROAD LOANS AND TRIAD FINANCIAL !!

Roadloans complaint by CEFA
STAY AWAY FROM ROAD LOANS AND TRIAD FINANCIAL. THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AFTER RECEIVING MY CHECK IN THE MAIL, FINDING THE CAR, PAYING OUT OFF POCKET FOR INSURANCE AND DOING ALL THE PAPERWORK WITH THE DEALER, I WAS TOLD TO REAPPLY BECAUSE I HAD NOT PUT MY SECOND JOB ON THE APPLICATION. LATER ON, I FOUND OUT THIS IS A REPOFF COMPANY WITH THOUSAND OF COMPLAINS, AND A LOT OF ANGREE CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL ALSO COLLECT INTEREST ON INTEREST FIRST AND YOUR PRINCIPAL BALANCE WILL BE INFLATED AND SCRETCHED FURTHER AND YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE OR EVEN MORE OF WHAT IS ON STICKER PRICE !!

STAY AWAY FROM ROAD LOANS. IF THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU, SUE THEM ALSO. THEY DESERVE THIS !!

To the previous poster: I'm not sure if you're aware, but it is actually the people with NO credit that have the hardest time getting an auto loan. I don't deserve to lie in ANY "bed", especially if I haven't even "made" it yet. Know what you're talking about before insulting good people who haven't ever screwed themselves out of life because they DON'T use credit cards or take out loans. I rent, I've never had a mortgage, I'm not taking out any school loans currently, and i have paid cash for every car I've owned thus far. I do NOT use credit cards, only a debit card. I can't get an auto loan (which is a necessary evil, in my opinion) because I have NO credit. Now talk smack about people who have to use secondary financing. I dare you.

People, people, you need to stop complaining and do your research when your credit is screwed up. I recently did a car loan with RoadLoans and I did not a problem at all with my paperwork. They were completely honest and upfront with me about my interest rate and the amount I would be paying back. When you get your check in the mail, they also send you paperwork that shows how much interest you are paying on your loan. YOU STILL HAVE THE OPTION TO OPT OUT OF THE LOAN. YOUR ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO GIVE THE CHECK TO THE DEALER FOR YOUR CAR. After you submit your application and everything is reviewed. Your are mailed a check and told your have 30 days before the check is void. Obviously if you don\'t want their business, THEN DON\'T SIGN AND RELEASE THE CHECK. It\'s that simple. For the future, please do your research. That\'s what secon chance financing is about. Also, there is the option of refinancing your loan after a few years to bring your rate down.

I really think it is funny that people don't understand that they have earned the treatment they recieve from a second chance bank base on how bad they screwed some other poor sole that lent them money,if they had treated their previous lenders in a better fashion they wouldn't need roadloans or triad, you made your bed now lie in it and if you do get to a point that you can use a regular bank ever again don't screw them.
